# Euphoric Mondays

### 1. Organizer

The Reward Program is organized by Euphoria Panama Operations Inc (”Euphoria”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

### 2. Eligibility

2.1. Participation is open to individuals who:

* Are at least 18 years old (or legal age to trade cryptocurrency in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
* Are not restricted or prohibited from using Euphoria services under applicable laws or regulations.

2.2. Employees, contractors, affiliates of Euphoria, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.

2.3. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in the Reward Program is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2.4. Participants are not eligible to participate if they are residents of, located in, or attempting to participate from any country or region that is subject to economic or trade sanctions, embargoes, or other regulatory restrictions under applicable laws or regulations, or where participation in the Reward Program or use of the Euphoria platform is prohibited.

### 3. Competition Period

3.1. The Reward Program will run weekly from Monday to Monday repeating.

3.2. Trades executed outside of the Reward Program Period will not be counted.

### 4. Registration & Participation

4.1. The Reward Program is available to all those with a Euphoria account on mainnet.

4.2. Trades placed by accounts that are not properly registered, whitelisted, or authorized will not be counted.

4.3. Euphoria reserves the right to revoke access or remove any participants from the Reward Program at any time.

### 5. Eligible Trading Activity

5.1. The Reward Program applies to only the Euphoria Tap Trading experience.

5.2. The following activities are excluded from the Reward Program:

* Market manipulation or abusive trading behaviour.
* Trades resulting from system abuse, bugs, or exploits

5.3. Euphoria reserves the right to disqualify any trades or participants deemed to be acting unfairly or in bad faith.

5.4. Users must place more than 100 taps on 3 separate days during the event week in order to be eligible for rewards.

### 6. Rewards & Prizes

6.1. Rewards may include tokens or other digital assets.

6.2. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged.

6.3. Distribution of rewards will occur within 30 days of the Reward Program ending, subject to internal verification.

6.4. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving rewards.

### 7. Disqualification & Enforcement

7.1. Euphoria reserves the right to:

* Disqualify any participant at any time
* Cancel, modify, or suspend the reward program
* Withhold or revoke rewards

7.2. Reasons for disqualification may include, but are not limited to:

* Violation of these T\&Cs
* Violation of Euphoria platform rules
* Suspected fraud, manipulation, or abuse

7.3. All decisions by Euphoria are final and binding.

### 8. Platform Risk & Downtime

8.1. Euphoria is not responsible for loses resulting from:

* Network congestion
* Smart contract failures
* System maintenance or downtime
* Delayed transactions or failed orders

8.2. Trading during periods of high volatility carries increased risk.

### 9. Amendments

9.1. Euphoria reserves the right to amend these T\&Cs at any time.

9.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

### 10. Governing Law

These T\&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama , without regard to conflict of law principles.
